What follows is a sample of the range of topics covered. Our aim is to identify and cover news and developments of interest to your existing and potential clients, identifying areas from which new instructions should flow.

How Our Service Works

We will send you a number of articles – typically 12-28 depending on the service. This will allow you enough material to do a quality newsletter, keep your website ‘live’ AND still have material left over to contribute to newspapers or magazines. You can use as many or as few of the articles provided as you choose.

The articles are written to create client awareness and generate instructions. Select the articles most suited for your firm, add your contact details where indicated, get them printed and send them. You will save hours and hours of time and send out high-quality newsletters.

Distribution will be restricted, but your use of the material for your own marketing purposes is not, so you can use it for newspapers and magazine articles, e-mail newsletters and brochures if you wish.

The cost savings compared with producing in-house, using a PR agency or commissioning freelancers are massive.


Pricing

All prices exclude VAT

Payment to be made Quarterly as follows:

Employment law is £200 per quarter if bought with any other service, otherwise £275.

Commercial Property is £200 per quarter if bought with any other service, otherwise £275.

Claimant PI/ Clinical negligence (24 articles) is £200 per quarter if bought with either of the above, otherwise £250.

Trust Tax and Probate is £200 per quarter if bought with any other service, otherwise £275.

Payment is to be made quarterly in advance. No content will be delivered until payment has been received. After your first order, a £20 per order administration charge is made if payment is not made by standing order.


Delivery

Content will normally be delivered on the 24th of the month or next closest working day (except December, which is delivered on the first working day in January) as follows:

March, June, September, January


Format

Content will normally be supplied in Microsoft® Word 2002 document format. Please contact us if you would like an alternative format.


Exclusivity

The W4B content will be available to a limited number of firms. We are happy to discuss exclusivity for postcodes on payment of an appropriate premium. Some products are not available in some areas - contact us for further details. To see where postcode restrictions might apply, click here - but check with us for details as some firms do not take all the RTPs.


Contract Period

The contract period is quarterly. We require 90 days notice of termination. There is no long-term commitment. If you don't like what we send, cancel the arrangement. We are dedicated to having clients who are delighted with our service.
